During my time as a Data and Governance Analyst at COOL FM Nigeria, I led high-impact, cross-departmental projects that drove a culture of accountability and excellence. I spearheaded a data and process compliance initiative that achieved 101% compliance a rare benchmark that helped teams and departments consistently meet and exceed their targets.

Then the unexpected happened: the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Amid lockdowns and uncertainty, I noticed trend brilliant minds were stalling. I saw friends, colleagues, students, and professionals full of potential begin to lose momentum, weighed down by fear, disruption, and confusion.

I felt a responsibility to act.

Using my background as customer hero awardee in Skyebank and in compliance, digital delivery, and strategic planning, I began offering virtual support mentorship, research guidance, and project execution. Everything was digital. Everything was remote. But the results were real.

I poured my all into every client’s project, especially those involving research, development, and project management. I became known for reliability, for follow-through, and for making things happen no matter the odds.

Clients started calling me “Mr. GetItDone.” That name stuck and so did the impact.

What began as a personal commitment became a professional mission. I officially registered GetItDone Consulting Ltd, and with the growing scale and vision of the work, many began referring to me as the “GetItDone CEO.”
